- Are you running a 64-bit operating system or just a 32-bit version of Windows? If it doesn't say that you are running a 64-bit system then it is safe to say that you are running a 32-version of Windows.)
A good many companies have a listing of driver downloads available to the public so you are able to download them at will. Some manufacturers websites are thrown together and do not like to think about a regular person and the high blood pressure that arises stemming from trying to install Acer Aspire R3700 drivers on a laptop or desktop computer. A lot of regular computer users find it very difficult figuring out what they are looking for and struggling to navigate a poorly designed website can be extremely annoying , to say the least.
Once you found and received the right driver file from the web for the hardware you are looking to install, you should be able to then install the driver. After obtaining it from the web you may need to uncompress the driver file if the file extension is either .zip or .rar. After uncompression (if needed) you can install the driver file onto Windows. If, for some reason, the driver does not get installed it may be that you will need to install your Acer Aspire R3700 driver by hand.
