It is a safe bet that most manufacturers of hardware devices have device drivers able to be downloaded from their company website or server so you can download them freely. Quite a few, but not all manufacturer's websites are really that easy to hunt down online and browse through. It seems as if though some brand's websites architects are simply unable or unwilling to think of the type of people who will use the site and the difficulty involved in trying to install Asus A6U drivers on a laptop or desktop computer. Most people find it tough in figuring out which driver they should be hunting for and struggling to navigate a poorly designed website can be irritating , to say the least.
You can never be too careful when downloading A6U drivers and software from non-manufacturer websites. In order to lower your risk for malware, it would be best to only download drivers from the hardware maker's website to be on the safe side. Malware can be ruthlessly disguised as just about any type of file found on the Internet. Getting and then installing a file that you think is a A6U driver can be catastrophic if the file ends up to have a virus. No anti-virus software can kill ALL viruses on the Internet. This is why you should always download drivers from the manufacturer's own database on their website. The website of the device's manufacturer is going to be safer than other third party websites.
After you located and then proceeded the driver for the device you are wanting to use, you should be able to then install the driver. After getting it downloaded, you might have to uncompress the file if the file extension is either .zip or .rar. After you have uncompressed the file you should now be able to run the program and install the device driver. If, for some reason, the driver does not get installed you must do it manually.
